Who we are

A group of volunteers who work co-operatively with Nillumbik Shire Council with maintaining and improving the war memorial tower and surrounding park.

We help preserve the history of the tower and park and the residents of the original Eltham Shire who served in WW1, as well as information about local families related to servicemen and women and later conflicts Australian services were involved in.

What we do

Our group conducts an ANZAC Day and a Remembrance Day service each year. We put together an order of service for each, take photos on the day and keep a file for each of the talks or addresses given at each service.
